  1. Long Warmup
  2. Snatch 1.5 minutes, rest 1.5 minutes, snatch 1.5 minutes
  3. 2:00/1:00 x 3 sets each:
    • Clean, Push Press, Lunge. 5/5
    • Deadlift. 10
  4. 5 minutes to do 50 two-hand swings and 30 squats
  5. 0:30 timer, twice through:
    • Pushups or pullovers, rest
    • Glute bridge, leg raise variation, rest
    • Plank x 2, rest
