Conditioning

  1. Extended Warmup
  2. Snatch 2 min., rest 2 min., snatch 1 min. (between warmup weight and test weight; work toward 100 reps total)
  3. Three times through (1:30 timer)
    • Squat. 8 + Split Squat. 8/8
    • Clean and Press. 5/5
  4. Farmer carry with partner. 3 laps.
  5. 30 pushups, 50 ab reps, 30 pulls (rows, ring pulls, chinups)
