- Three times through (1:30 timer):
- Clean and Press. 5/5
- Goblet Squat. 8 + Split Squat. 8/8
- Farmer Carry (with partner, 3 laps each)
- 30 pushups, 50 abs, 30 pulls (ring pull, pull/chinup, or Dbl KB row)
