Conditioning

  1. Extended Warmup
  2. Snatch 2 min, rest 2 min, snatch 1 min (between warmup and test weight; try to get 100 reps total)
  3. Three times through (1:30 sets):
    • Clean and Press. 5/5
    • Squat. 8 + Split Squat. 8/8
  4. Farmer Carry with partner (3 laps)
  5. 30 pushups, 30 pulls, 50 abs
