Conditioning

  1. Warmup + Extended Warmup
  2. Snatch. 1 minute x 3 sets (1 min. rest between)
    • Between warmup weight and test weight. Try to get 100 total reps.
  3. Goblet Squat drop sets. 8 + 8 x 3 sets (1:30 timer)
  4. Overhead Carry with partner. 3 laps each arm.
  5. Farmer Carry with partner. 3 laps total.
  6. Pushups. 1 min., rest 1 min., Abs 1 min.
