- Warmup + Extended Warmup

- Between warmup weight and test weight. Try to get 100 total reps.
- Goblet Squat drop sets. 8 + 8 x 3 sets (1:30 timer)
- Overhead Carry with partner. 3 laps each arm.
- Farmer Carry with partner. 3 laps total.
- Pushups. 1 min., rest 1 min., Abs 1 min.
