Conditioning

  1. Warmup
  2. Extended Warmup
  3. Snatch 1 min x 3 (1 min rest in between)
    • Between warmup weight and test weight
  4. Goblet squats. 8 + 8 x 3 sets (1:30 timer)
  5. Overhead carry (with partner)
    • 3 laps L/R
  6. Farmer carry (with partner)
    • 3 laps
  7. Pushups 1 min, rest 1 min, Abs 1 min
