Conditioning

  1. Long warmup
  2. Three times through (1:30 sets):
    • Push Press + Lunge. 5/5
    • Snatch + Squat. 5/5
  3. Partner Carries:
    • Double KB Rack Walk x 3 laps
    • Overhead Carry x 6 laps
  4. One minute each; one min. rest:
    • Pushups
    • Swings
    • Abs
  5. 40 Pulls: double KB row, ring pull, pullup
