Conditioning

  1. Extended Warmup
  2. One set each (2:00 timer):
    • Swing, High Pull, Clean, Squat 5/5
    • Swing, Clean, Squat, Push Press 5/5
    • Swing, High Pull, Clean, Push Press 5/5
  3. 50 Snatches (4:00 timer)
  4. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Split Squat: 10/10, 10/10, 15/15
    • Double Row 10 + Pushups 10
  5. Abs and band pullaparts: 50 reps each
