plank 30 secs
double bell rack walk-30 secs
10 pushups on bells /floor/bench

Snatch Ladder (single bell)
1 to 10(10 sec hold after each rung)

“Strength Aerobics” (GASP)
1 swing, 1 clean, 1 squat L/R
for 12 minutes
cool down and stretch
