Conditioning

  1. Long Warmup
  2. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Swing 8-12 + Squat 8-12
    • Snatch 8-12 L/R
  3. With partner, 3 laps each:
    • Double KB Rack Walk
    • Farmer Carry
  4. Three times through (1:00 timer):
    • Split Squat 8/8
    • Pushups 10
    • Ab Mat or Leg Raise 10
  5. 30 Pulls
