Conditioning

  1. Extended Warmup
  2. Snatch :30/:30 x 6
  3. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Squat + Push Press. 5/5 or Thruster. 7/7
    • Double Row. 10 + Pushups. 10
    • Split Squat. 10/10
  4. Farmer Carry with partner: 4 laps
  5. Abs and band pullaparts: 50 reps each
