  1. Extended Warmup
  2. Snatch :30/Rest :30 x 6
  3. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Squat + Push Press 5/5 or Thruster 7/7
    • Double Row 10 + Pushups 10
    • Split Squat 10/10
  4. Farmer Carry w/partner. 4 laps
  5. Abs 50 reps, Band pulls 50 reps
