Conditioning

  1. Extended Warmup
  2. Snatch :30/:30 x 6 sets
  3. Three times through (1:30 sets):
    • Thruster 7/7 or Squat + Push Press 5/5
    • Double Row 10 + Pushups 10
    • Split Squat 10/10
  4. Farmer Carry with partner: 4 laps
  5. 50 ab reps, 50 band pullaparts
