Conditioning

  1. Extended Warmup
  2. Snatch 2 minutes, rest 2 minutes, Snatch 1 minute
  3. Three times through (1:30 timer):
    • Squat + Push Press. 5/5
    • Double Row. 10 + Pushups. 10
    • Split Squat. 10/10
  4. Farmer Carry. 4 sets with partner.
  5. Abs and band pulls. 50 each
