You can get started with training in multiple ways:
- If you are new to kettlebell training or haven’t been exercising regularly, our six-week Introduction to Kettlebells could be a perfect fit for you.
- If you can commit to training several times a week but need an introduction, you will set up a one-hour introductory session, which is included in the unlimited monthly membership. This introductory session covers the kettlebell swing and squat and kettlebell safety, so you will be prepared for classes. Reserve your spot by signing up here for unlimited classes or contacting us!
- If you have experience with kettlebells and feel confident with your technique, you are welcome to join us for class. Contact us and let us know when to expect you!
