You can get started with training in multiple ways:
- If you have experience with kettlebells and feel confident with your technique, you are welcome to join us for class. Sign up here or contact us and let us know when to expect you.
- If you want to try kettlebell training but are not willing to commit to regular training, our six-week Introduction to Kettlebells could be a perfect fit for you.
- If you can commit to training several times a week but need an introduction, contact us to set up a one-hour private session to learn the basics. The cost is $70. You will then receive a $70 credit toward one of our unlimited membership options (30-day, 3-month, or monthly autopay). This offer is good for new members only.
