  2. KB Complex: 3 sets (1:30)
    • Swing.5 + Clean.5 + Push Press.5 (L/R)
  3. Repeat:
    • Bottoms-Up Clean and Press. 3-5 (L/R)
    • Pullup/Chinup. 5
    • Squat. 10
    • Abs/Obliques. 10
  4. Snatch. 50 reps
