  2. Double KB Complex. 4 sets (1:30 timer):
    • (Swing + Snatch x 5) + Lunge x 5/5
  3. Three – four sets:
    • Snatch. 10/10
    • Single-Leg Deadlift. 5/5
    • Renegade Row. 5/5
    • Press. 5/5
  4. Abs and Obliques: 2-3 sets each
