    • Swing. 5 + Clean. 5 + Lunge x 5/5
  3. Three – four sets:
    • Snatch. 10/10
    • Step-up. 8/8
    • Renegade Row. 5/5
    • Double KB Press. 5
  4. Crunches and Windmills: 2 sets each
