Medium Day

  1. Warmup
  2. Chain/Complex x 3 sets (2:00 timer):
    • Swing, High Pull, Clean. 5 + Lunge. 5 (left/right)
  3. Snatch 12/12 x 3 (1:30 timer)
  4. Repeat 3-4 sets:
    • KB Row. 8/8
    • Bulgarian Split Squat. 8/8
    • Double KB Press. 8
  5. Windmills. 3/3 and Abs. 10, two sets each
