    • Swing + Bottoms-Up Clean + Squat. 5/5
  3. Three Sets:
    • Press. 5/5
    • Bottoms-Up Lunge. 5/5
    • Renegade Row. 5/5
  4. Snatch. 10 x 6 (1:00 sets, alternate hands each set)
  5. Abs and Obliques
