  2. Double Swing + Double Snatch x 6 (Chain). 5 sets @ 1:30.
  3. Three Sets:
    • Snatch x 15/15
    • Bulgarian Split Squat x 8/8
    • Dbl KB Row x 8
    • Dbl KB Press x 8
  4. Two Sets:
    • Windmills x 5/5
    • Ab Mat Crunches x 10
