1. Warmup + Arm Bars

2. Double Kettlebell Complex on a 2:00 timer (5 reps each, 3 sets)

  • Swing + Clean + Push Press + Squat

3. Repeat:

  • Snatch. 12/12
  • Ring Pulls. 8 or Negative Pullups. 3
  • Bulgarian Split Squat. 8/8
  • Press. 8/8

4. Abs. 10 x 3, Pullovers. 12 x 3
