1. Warmup + Arm Bars

2. Complex. Four sets on a 2:00 timer. 5 reps each, left and right:

  • Swing, Snatch, Push Press, Lunge

3. Three sets:

  • Bottoms-Up. 5/5
  • Pullups/Chinups. 3 or Ring Pulls. 6-10
  • Clean and Squat. 5/5

4. Three sets:

  • Snatch. 10/10

5. Two sets:

  • Abs. 10-15
  • Pullovers. 10-15
