Focus is on the single kettlebell press today. Groove perfect form. Remember your press will only be as good as your clean, so clean it like you mean it! Sets – 3-5. Start easy, work medium

  • Swing x 10
  • Press x 5/5
  • Chin/Pull-ups x 5
  • Single Leg Deadlift x 5/5

Snatch on the minute x 5×5 x 8
