Intensity – Medium

We are winding down from a month of pressing, and gearing up for a month of squatting, lunging and deadlifts.

Sets – 3-5, start light, work to medium heavy.

  • Swings x 10
  • Double Clean x 5 + Double Squat x 5
  • Chin or Pull-ups x 5
  • Ring Push-ups x 8

I go you go x 30/20 x 10 total sets

  • Swing
  • Snatch Left
  • Snatch Right
