Intensity – Medium

Start easy, work to a medium weight

Focus is on the bottoms up clean and presses. Start with a wight you can easily press bottoms up 5/5, work to a weight you can complete at least 3 reps each side. Focus on perfect form. Work through 4-5 sets of each.

  • Single Hand Swing x 10/10
  • Bottoms Up Clean + Press x 5/5
  • Windmills x 5/5
  • Double Front Squat x 5
