Intensity – Medium

Focus is on trunk stability (aka core strength). Start easy, work up to a challenging weight. Sets – 4

  • Swing x 10/10
  • BU Squat x 5/5
  • Bulgarian S Squat x 5/5
  • 1/2 Kneel Press x 5/5
  • Renegade Row x 5/5

Snatch sprints – We will be going for 8 sets. Pick a challenging weight, but take into consideration the fatigue from first part of the workout.
