Part 1

Sets – 4

  • Swings x 10
  • D Power Cleans x 5
  • D FSQ x 5
  • Bulgarian S Sqt x 5/5
  • Archer Push-ups x 8

Part 2

Snatch OTM x 6/6 x 5

Snatch weight should be challenging, but take into consideration the first part of the workout. Focus on speed and intensity. All reps should be tight and explosive.
