Focus is on the Split Squats. Front leg is the working leg, keep your chest up, don’t sit back on your rear foot.

Start easy and work to something heavy. Sets – 4x

  • Bulgarian Split Squat x 5/5
  • T Bar Row x 8
  • BU Clean x 5/5

Snatch OTM x 8/8 x 5
