Intensity – Medium

Part – 1, Sets – 4

Start easy – work to a medium heavy weight. Try not to miss any reps.

  • Snatch x 10/10
  • 1/2 kneel Press x 5/5
  • BU Squat x 5/5
  • Ab Wheel x  8

Part – 2; Sets 20 (10 minutes)

SH Swing – 8 reps on the odd sets, 10 reps on the even sets.
