  • Swings on the :30 – 8/10 x 10 minutes

Part 2; Sets – 4

Start easy, work to a medium heavy set. Keep in mind of the energy spent on part 1 when choosing weight.

  • Lunge + Press x 5/5
  • Ring Pulls x 8
  • Ab Wheel x 8
