2. Double Kettlebell Complex on the 2:00 (5 reps each, 4 sets)

  • Swing + High Pull + Clean + Push Press + Squat

3. Repeat:

  • Snatch. 10/10
  • Single-Leg Deadlift. 5/5
  • Renegade Row. 5/5
  • Press. 8/8

4. Abs. 10 x 3, Russian Twist. 10 x 3
