1. Warmup + Cossack Stretches

2. Double Kettlebell Complex on the 1:30 (5 reps each, 4 sets)

  • Swing + High Pull + Snatch + Squat

3. Repeat:

  • Snatch. 10/10
  • Bulgarian Split Squat. 8/8
  • Double Clean. 5
  • Double Press. 5

4. Abs. 10 x 3, Russian Twist. 10 x 3
