    • Swing 5, Clean 5, Push Press + Lunge. 5 (L/R)
  2. Three sets:
    • Ring Pulls. 8-12
    • Pushups. 8-12
    • Bulgarian Split Squats. 8/8-12/12
  3. Snatch. 10/10 x 3 (1:30 sets)
  4. Abs. 3 sets
