  1. KB Complex x 3 sets (1:30):
    • Snatch 5, Squat 5, Push Press 5 (L/R)
  2. Three sets:
    • Kneeling or Half-Kneeling Press 8/8
    • Renegade Row 5/5 and/or KB Row 8/8
    • Pistol Squat or SLDL 5/5
  3. Squats and/or Thrusters x 5 sets (1:00 timer)
  4. Abs
