Conditioning

  1. KB Complex x 3 sets (1:30 timer):
    • Clean 5, Squat 5, Push Press 5 (L/R)
  2. Three sets:
    • Curtsy Lunge
    • Floor Press or Kneeling Press
    • Ring Pull
  3. Five sets (1:00 timer):
    • Squat 10 or Thruster 5/5
  4. Abs
