    • Clean 5 + Lunge 5 + Push Press 5 (L/R)
  2. Two-four sets:
    • Lateral lunge. 8/8
    • Ring Pull. 8-12
    • 1/2-kneeling press. 8/8
  3. Swing: 20 x 5 sets (1:00 timer)
  4. Abs
