    • (Swing + High Pull x 5) + Squat x 5 + Push Press x 5 (L/R)
  2. Two-four sets:
    • Floor Press. 8/8
    • Ring Pulls. 8-12
    • Step-ups. 8/8
  3. Snatch: 10/10 x 3 (1:30 timer)
  4. Abs
