  1. Kettlebell Complex. 3 sets (2:00 timer):
    • Swing 5, High Pull 5, Clean 5, Squat 5 (L/R)
  2. Two-four sets:
    • Pushups. 8-12
    • Double KB Row. 8-12
    • Lateral Lunge. 8/8
    • Single-Leg Deadlift. 5/5
  3. Snatch. 12 x 6 sets (1:00 timer)
  4. Abs
