    • Swing 5 + Snatch 5 + Push Press 5 (L/R)
  2. Three sets:
    • Pushups or Floor Press 10
    • Step-ups 8/8
    • Ring Pulls or Pullups 8-12
  3. Swing 10/10 or Squat 10 x 5 (1:00)
  4. Back Ext and Abs
