  1. KB Chain: Swing, High Pull, Snatch x 5/5 (2:00 timer, 3 sets)
  2. Two-Four Sets Each:
    • Half-Kneeling Press. 8/8
    • Ring Pull. 8-12
    • Lunge. 8/8
  3. KB Superset: Swing. 10 + Squat. 10 (1:30 timer, 3 sets)
  4. Abs/Obliques: 4 sets
