Medium Day

  1. Warmup
  2. KB Complex. 3 sets (2:00 timer):
    • Swing. 5 + (High Pull + Snatch. 5) + Squat. 5 (the whole thing left and right)
  3. Three sets:
    • Press. 8/8
    • Ring Pull. 8-12
    • Bulgarian Split Squat. 8/8
  4. Swing. 10 + Squat. 10 (3 sets on 1:30 timer)
  5. Abs/obliques. 4 sets
