Medium Day

  1. Warmup + Lunges
  2. Three sets (2:00 timer):
    • Swing 5, Snatch 5, Push Press 5, Squat 5
  3. Three sets (own pace):
    • Pushups. 8-12
    • Renegade Row. 5/5 or Ring Pull. 8-12
    • Step-ups. 8/8
  4. Swing. 10/10 x 5 sets (1:00 timer)
  5. Abs/obliques. :30/:30 x 4 sets
