  1. Warmup
  2. KB Complex: 3 sets (2:00 timer):
    • L/R: Swing. 5, Snatch + Push Press. 5, Lunge. 5
  3. Two-four sets each:
    • Pushups. 10
    • Renegade Row. 5/5 or Ring Pulls. 10
    • Bulgarian Split Squat. 8/8
  4. Swing. 10/10 x 5 (1:00 timer)
  5. Abs/obliques. :30/:30 x 4 sets
