    • Swing 5, High Pull 5, Snatch 5, Squat 5 (L/R)
  3. Two-four sets (self-paced):
    • Press. 8/8
    • Renegade Row. 5/5 or Ring Pull. 10
    • Bulgarian Split Squat. 8/8
  4. Swing 10 + Squat 10 x 3 sets (1:30 timer)
  5. Abs/obliques. :30/:30 x 4 sets
