  2. Two-four sets:
    • Pushups. 10
    • Renegade Row. 5/5 or Ring Pull. 10
    • Step-ups. 8/8
  3. Single-Arm Swing. 10/10 x 5 sets (1:00)
  4. Abs/obliques :30/:30 x 4 sets.
