  2. 3-4 Sets:
    • Kneeling or 1/2-kneeling press. 5/5
    • Ring Pull or Double KB Row. 10
    • Bottoms-Up Lunge. 5/5
  3. Swing. 20 x 5 (1:00 timer)
  4. Abs
