    • Swing. 5, Snatch+Push Press. 5, Squat. 5 (L/R)
  3. Three sets:
    • Floor Press. 8/8
    • Ring Pulls and/or Bottoms-Up Cleans
    • Bulgarian Split Squat. 8/8
  4. Swing. 10/10 x 5 sets (1:00 timer)
  5. Abs/Obliques. :30/:30 x 4 sets
