“Medium” Day

  1. KB Complex. 3 sets (2:00 timer):
    • Swing 5, High Pull 5, Snatch 5 (L/R)
  2. Three-four sets:
    • Bulgarian Squat
    • Pushups
    • Ring Pulls
  3. Swing 20 or Squat 10 x 5 sets (1:00 timer)
  4. Abs and Pullovers
