Medium Day

  1. KB Complex x 3 sets (1:30 timer):
    • Swings 5 + Clean 5 + Thruster 5 (L/R)
  2. Two-Four Sets (8-12 reps/set):
    • Bulgarian Split Squat
    • Pushup and/or Floor Press
    • Ring Pull or Ring Pull/KB Row Superset
  3. Snatch: 12 reps x 6 sets (1:00 timer)
  4. Abs :30/:30 x 3 sets
